It is with enthusiasm that I share below my professional story.
I went into real estate brokerage after acquiring 10 years of experience in multi-residential construction, having collaborated in bringing to life more than 600 condo units.
Indeed, before practicing full-time as a real estate broker, I started my career at 19 in residential construction at the family business, first as a foreman administrative assistant followed by the Foreman specialized in interior finishes position.
My career then led me to work for major general contractors in the Greater Montreal area, such as Montoni Group, and then, at Reliance Construction Group within their construction team at Pointe-Nord of Nun’s island, where, as a site coordinator, I actively collaborated on the 2 prestigious 31-storey condo towers, Evolo 1 and Evolo 2. A great pride in my career!
Brief overview of my duties over the years in construction: preparation and follow-up of work schedules and completion deadlines, calls for tenders to award contracts, reading plans, selection of various types of interior finishings, feasibility evaluation and costs of units customization requests, interactions between the developer / subcontractors / project contractor, work supervision, planning and execution of model units, not to forget deficiencies correction, etc.
The accumulated construction experience has allowed me to finally launch my career as a full-time real estate broker for 5 years now, this with a highly relevant background that differentiates me. I put this additional expertise to the service of my clients every day! Indeed, my knowledge of the different aspects of a building represents an added value allowing me to bring suggestions or explanations that make a real difference for my clients, sellers and buyers, as much at the initial visits stage than during negotiations.
I merged my love of construction and real estate brokerage where sales and service now give me the chance to help and guide my clientele in the life projects that are dear to their hearts!
As a real estate broker, I invest myself in realizing my client’s real estate projects. I deal with a varied and bilingual clientele, part of which concerns condominiums mainly in the downtown area of Montreal, moreover, having handled with Diane the marketing and sales of the new project LE 1248, where we sold the totality of the 143 units in Quartier des Spectacles.
I have my office at our agency in Old Montreal, where I also work in the single-family home market, particularly in Laval, where I am a homeowner, and on the North Shore where I grew up.
